On establishing their newest national franchise, the Jim's Group approached Websilk with a brief to translate the Jim's brand to a professional services market. Websilk would need to maintain the brand identity and communicate the core brand promise, while presenting the professionalism and service-oriented nature of the organisation.
The solution communicates with potential franchise customers as well as potential franchise owners. The site features beautiful large banners, with a series of communication touch-points that provide answers to customers questions and service related needs. The site also includes primary calls to action for appointing a conveyancer and/or getting quotes and reviewing contracts.
The solution also made it easy for Websilk to develop a document sharing service, such that the Jim's customers, agents or brokers can provide a code in order to access the necessary documentation to allow the transaction to proceed.
